Agent Agreement
Terms and
Conditions:
1.
AgentsDirect.com®
is Licensed by the State of
California Department of Real Estate as a Real Estate
Broker.
2.
Referrals to
AgentsDirect.com®
Agents are handled in the
following way:
There
is No Referral Fee
charged to the Agents for Buyer/Seller leads
that come directly to the Agents from our
websites (i.e. Buyer/Seller contacts you
directly via e-mail, website link, or
telephone from your listing(s) on our
websites).
Referral
Fees will be charged in the following
situation: If the Buyer/Seller requests
AgentsDirect.com®
to find an Agent for them, the
referral will be sent to one of the Agents
signed-up for the Gold & Platinum Packages
in the requested city/area at the agreed upon
referral fee of 20%. If no Agents in the
requested area have signed-up for the Gold or
Platinum Packages, the referral will be sent
to one of the other Agents signed-up for the
requested area at the agreed upon
referral fee of 20%. We will try our best to
refer the Buyer/Seller to the Agent that best
matches their request and/or needs.
3.
All
AgentsDirect.com®
Agents agree to contact the
Buyer/Seller referred to them within 24 hours of
receipt of the referral or information request
and agree to notify the Buyer/Seller that they
are contacting them in response to the
referral/information request received from the AgentsDirect.com®
Real Estate Referral
Network.
4.
AgentsDirect.com®
Agents that refer another Agent
to us will receive one free city listing (valid
for 1 year) upon paid sign-up of the referred
Agent. Click
here to refer an Agent.
5.
All Agents that sign-up with
AgentsDirect.com®
agree to submit payment of all
fees in full within 72 of receipt of invoice.
Any returned checks will be subject to a $20.00
fee.
6.
AgentsDirect.com®
provide a
30 day money
back guarantee. If within the first 30
days of signing-up you are not completely
satisfied with the
AgentsDirect.com®
Real Estate Referral
Networks for any reason, notify us in writing and
we will refund 100% of your paid City Listing
Fees!
7.
All Agents that sign-up with
AgentsDirect.com™
agree to pay a Referral Fee on any commissions
and/or fees earned as follows:
Residential / Commercial Sales
- 20%
Rentals and Time Shares
- $50.00
8.
Referral Fees are to be paid within 72 hours
after Close of Escrow or Completion of
Transaction. Referral Fees are to be paid

All Agents that sign-up with
AgentsDirect.com®
agree to hold AgentsDirect.com®
and Douglas Goss harmless from any
and all liability, damages, costs incurred or
judgments for/from any Buyer/Seller/Affiliate
which was referred to them from AgentsDirect.com®.
